SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Standard shipping: approx. 3–9 business days after dispatch.

Expedited options may be offered at checkout where available.
United States

Standard shipping: approx. 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
International

Standard international shipping: timing and availability vary by country. Estimated delivery will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes charged by their country.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather and other factors are outside our control.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the shipping method selected and order value.
From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Such offers will be clearly described on the Site and may be subject to minimum spend or region limitations.
SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
SECTION 5 – WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a pickup point, we can reship the order once you pay the additional shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
SECTION 6 – LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, risk passes to you.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered):

Contact us at omonjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

We may, at our discretion and depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation, offer a replacement or store credit.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours and your local post office. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered.
SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders (outside Canada) may be subject to import duties, VAT and taxes set by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

You are responsible for paying any such charges, which are non-refundable if you return your order.
