WARRANTY & CARE


  1. LIMITED WARRANTY

    OMŌN Jewelry pieces are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

    This warranty covers issues such as:

    • broken clasps,

    • broken chains,

    • production defects that are clearly not caused by wear or misuse.

    This warranty does not cover:

    • normal wear and tear (scratches, loss of plating, bending, damaged or broken chains caused by pulling),

    • damage caused by improper use, accidents, or contact with chemicals, perfume, lotion, pools, or salt water,

    • loss or theft of items.

    If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

    1. Email us at omonjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    2. If the defect is confirmed and your item is within the warranty period, we will offer a repair or replacement of the same or similar item (subject to availability).

    Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

     

    Jewelry care

    To keep your OMŌN pieces beautiful:

    • Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hair products, and household chemicals.

    • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

    • Store pieces separately in a box or pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.

    • Gently wipe jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
